LIMITED WARRANTY
We are proud of the materials and workmanship that goes into each Juggernaut Bottle and back our products with Toughened Plastic Guarantee which covers manufacturer’s defects free-of-charge for up to 12 months from purchase. Normal wear and tear, including scratches and dents, stains, odor, accidents, misuse of product, such as damage from placing bottles in a freezer, microwave, or sterilizer, are not covered under the Toughened Plastic Guarantee. Lost or stolen items are also not covered under the Toughened Plastic Guarantee. Accessories such as the carry case, lid, straw, bottle strap, and attachment are also not covered under the Toughened Plastic Guarantee.
If you think your Juggernaut Bottle has a manufacturer defect please fill out the form below. A representative will reach out to you via email within 48 hours. We reserve the right to required photographic proof of the defect as well as clarification on the manufacturer's defect. We reserve the right to deny the claim if a photo of the issue is not provided. Upon successfully claiming the warranty, the original needs to be returned to us for our quality assurance team so please retain the defective product until the warranty claim is closed. If the defective bottle is not returned within 2 weeks, the manufacturer's warranty is considered closed and no replacement will be sent.
The manufacturer's warranty of the original is voided after a replacement is issued. Once a replacement has been issued, no further replacements would be issued for the same original product upon which the warranty has been claimed.
