HOW TO CARE AND CLEAN YOUR BOTTLE:

Please remove the carry case.

Wash the lid, straw, and bottle with warm, soapy water before using it for the first time.

Do not use abrasive sponges, sharp objects, and cleaners when washing your bottle as it can scratch or damage the bottle.

CLEANING INSTRUCTIONS:

  1. Manual Washing: For cleaning the exterior part of the bottle, use only the foam part of the dishwashing sponge. Use the bottle brush to clean the internal part of the bottle while the straw cleaning brush can clean the insides of the handle.

  2. Dishwasher: We recommend placing them on the top rack and away from any heating element. The bottle is dishwasher safe to up to 250°F. Please avoid using high-heat settings like “sanitary clean” or “heat boost”, since these can warp the plastic in your bottle.

Please also read our FAQ page on our website to ensure you’re caring for and cleaning your bottle correctly.

HOW TO CARE AND CLEAN YOUR CARRY CASE:

This carry case is HAND WASH ONLY.

Do not machine wash.

Do not put it in a dryer.

Do not iron.

CLEANING INSTRUCTIONS:

  1. Prepare a basin of cool water and pour in mild laundry detergent or baby shampoo.

  2. Turn the carry case inside out then submerge it in the soapy water.

  3. Knead it and make sure the cleaner mixes in with the carry case.

  4. Allow it to soak for half an hour.

  5. Rinse it thoroughly with cool water.

  6. Do not wring out excess water from the carry case, hang it upside down to dry instead. We recommend air drying on covered areas only as prolonged exposure to the hot sun causes immediate damage to neoprene.

  7. Store it hanging rather than folded to prevent creases and damage.

HOW TO CARE AND CLEAN YOUR ICE TRAY:

Wash the ice tray before using it for the first time.

Do not use abrasive sponges, sharp objects, and cleaners when washing your ice tray as it can damage the silicone.

When making coffee, juice, fruit, or herb ice cubes, be sure to wash them after each use. (Please see suggested cleaning instructions below).

We recommend washing the tray at least once a month. Over time, it picks up odors from the freezer, which can give the ice an off-flavor.

Though silicone can withstand high temperatures, we recommend using the ice tray only for its intended use.

CLEANING INSTRUCTIONS:

  1. Wash your ice tray under warm soapy water to remove loose debris from the tray and melt any ice or frost residue. Rinse with clean water.

  2. Cleaning with Baking Soda: Mix two teaspoons of baking soda and ½ cup (60 mL) warm water. Fill up each little cube section and surrounding areas in your tray with the baking soda solution and scrub the tray with a clean washcloth.

  3. Cleaning with Vinegar: In a large bowl, mix 1 cup (120 ml) of white vinegar and a gallon of water. Completely submerge the ice tray in the vinegar solution. Allow the tray to soak for a minimum of two hours.

  4. Rinse thoroughly with clean water.
